The case study was unreasonable, had to spend 1 week on it. In the end, they judged you based on how much time you spent etc. Rather than taking a look at the soft and technical skills that you have, they only looked at how well you could familiarize yourself with the product. One of the worst interview process I attended till date. In the end they said I’m not selected after working in top 20 Pharma companies. I’m never going to apply or recommend anyone

Several rounds, which included a candidate exercise. They were very interested in the personality and cultural fit, along with technical skills and experience. Overall the process was well organized and I enjoyed the experience.

What are the trends influencing pharmaceutical organisations?
Not bad, 2 technical rounds followed by manager round. HR will call to make final salary negotiations. Mostly the salary is on par with market. You need good negotiation skills to get good package
