I applied through my school's handshake app. They were very fast at setting up an initial interview. That interview is with their HR team where they give general information on the job and determine qualification fit. I was really impressed with how much knowledge HR had on the job itself, usually HR only knows the qualifications to look for but can't speak much to the job itself, that was not the case. After the initial interview you do a case interview. They send you a case and give you access to the system that you are being hired for. They have 2, one based on salesforce and the other is their in-house system. You configure the system for the "client" brief that they send you. You have a week to configure then you give a presentation to a team of consultants and managers, they role play as clients and ask questions from that point of view. It's a lot of work but I found this to be a very important part of the process because this will be what your day to day tasks would look like. I wouldn't spend more than 20-30 hours on it. You won't be the most efficient in their system, they could do it better, they just want to see that you can learn, that you are comfortable playing around and configuring the system, and that you can get an end deliverable done within a reasonable time. They ask a lot of questions during the presentation; some I anticipated and some were things I never considered. Its okay to say you don't know. I had a hard time with timing because it was a lot of information to get through in an hour so just be mindful of that. After that, there is a series of 1:1 interviews with managers and people currently in the position. These interviews are culture fit interviews more than anything. It's them seeing if you'd fit in and if the job is really something you're interested in. It's a great opportunity to ask questions about day to day tasks, company culture, and anything else to get an inside look at the company.

long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
