      Entretien

Horrendous experience with the interview process which took 6 months and 1 month just for preparing offer letter. They cannot manage experienced individuals with more than 12-15 yrs experience. Pigeon-hole attitude, they think they are the “best”, but in reality , nowhere near the best. Line manager(s) can only manage university graduates or individuals less than 3 or 4 yrs of experience. Some Line managers in Director roles , are from “small services company” who have “small thinking” as they have worked for 20+ yrs in that small services company and try to implement/impose the same “small thinking” in every step of the interview process. They don’t even match the basic salary of an individual that is already getting. Instead they try to bump the numbers with company shares on which no one has any control over, with “lot of conditions”. Oh yes one more thing , they don’t “negotiate” it seems . It’s take it or leave it. “Caution” - there are some monetary components that will NOT be documented in the offer letter or the terms & conditions of the employment and they still count that as “benefit” - even when the company has the right to stop that benefit at any point ( as that major chunk of money is not in writing). Some even classify that their “clients” have “Attitude” like in Arrogance, which they think they can “break”, without realizing that they are in the customer service industry , especially when clients are paying millions of dollars for their software they have every right to demand everything with “attitude” (thats my feeling) It’s a shame and pity that they serve the Big Pharma companies and don’t realize that “if it’s not documented, it’s a rumor” - which Pharma company believes in. Finally, after 6 months when you ask them to expedite to roll the offer letter, then they “question your commitment”. Please be prepared to answer it with patience if you can and if you still want to work for them. I wasted every second of my time that I spent on the process - but also learnt something valuable. As they say , nothing come for free!!!

      Question 1

Nothing specifically on Safety as I was an experienced professional. Usual questions why do you want to join their company etc?
