I was contacted for a phone interview that went really well and they scheduled a second interview onsite right away. I was given a design test that took me 3 hours and I nailed it, couldn’t wait to present. Showed up for the interview ready to impress. Met with two people and I thought it went well, but not the best. At the time I was supposed to present my work, they dismissed me and said I don’t have enough web experience. I was upfront about my experience on the phone interview and they said it’s not an issue and were excited about me. I don’t think these people looked at my resume prior to my onsite interview. Very disrespectful.
