J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Veeva Systems en janv. 2018
Entretien
Applied through college recruiter who then forwarded me to be interviewed.
1. video interview asking background questions, behavioral, potential being remote employee, salary expectations, asked why I haven't found a job yet (which I thought was weird because I am a recent grad)
2. asked to do the salesforce exercise (despite all the glassdoor review warnings, I went ahead and did it to the best of my ability). This part is difficult because they don't specify your end user very well and salesforce is very customizable to fit a specific user.
I was thrown off because once I entered the video call to present my salesforce exercise, I found that I am talking to the ppt screen with several voices in the call ( I was under the impression there would be a video call to be able to present to).
Unfortunately didn't pass this round although I think it's difficult to gauge one's true abilities to perform in this position through this salesforce exercise.
Relatively quick but kind of irrelevant to the job itself. Requires probing on resume over and over. A few personality test questions and then the main interview of over an hour. The veeva systems need to familiarized with before making a task happen for the exam

Entretien
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.

Entretien
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
