The interview has three different stages. First is an initial ten question test. Then they send you to a tech that asks more in depth questions. The final interview you talk face to face over Teams. The engineer doesn't want to hear anything about pay or that being the reasoning you want to join Veeam. He was quite rude and thought my position at my last company was made up. I heard from excoworkers that did get the job that Burt does not like you to be professional, he wants to joke around with you and see how you react to his jokes. Not what I expected from an interview and didn't get the job because I took it too seriously. The entire interview process took four days, it was long and exhausting and drained me by the end.
