very good and straight forward process, to find out all candidate capabilities, to check technical level, experience and knowledge. how presentable is the candidate, customer facing skills, ability to learn new things and technologies
if you have a meeting with a customer to close a deal and you got a meeting with your channels for enablement, how you are going to manage and both meetings you must attend and you cannot reschedule, which one you would prefer and why ?
