The process began with an initial reach-out from a recruiter, followed by a detailed, lengthy interview with the hiring manager. The conversation with the manager was highly engaging, collaborative, and professional, leaving a strong positive impression of the team's direction. However, after that deep-dive conversation, communication completely stalled. There was a prolonged period of radio silence before finally receiving a generic, automated email stating they had moved on, with no context or feedback provided.
