I was pushed through the interview process in the early stages then in the third interview with Sean Skelly everything turned around when he realized they made an error. They thought a previous company I worked for, was a big player in the security distribution world. Embarrassing moment for both of us at that point. They showed how unprepared and juvenile they were during the interview process.

In the third interview, they questioned my apparent lack of experience - that was examined in every interview before then. The question was - "What makes you think you can manage sales guys out on the road?"
