The first interview was very successful and I was asked if I had time for the second interview the week after or so. They want me to follow up with the next steps. I should be given a task to fulfill but I was given an interview sooner than we originally agreed to and I asked the next interviewer if it's okay to do the interview on the originally promised date. After that I didn't receive any answer and after a while when I followed up with the original person who interviewed me they said the position has been filled? That was very weird. The whole process seemed promising at the beginning. Sadly, it turned out to be a waste of my time at the end.

The process was quick, smooth and comfortable. I had 2 phone calls, followed by 2 zoom interviews with creative leads. The people were great, really personable, took the time to get to know a bit about me and evaluate if the job was a fit for me at my skill level.

Solid questions and friendly people. It was mostly like chatting with friends rather than an interview. It was long but they wanted to connect with you and get a feel for who you are more than what you can do. Very pleasant.

What is one challenge you faced at your previous jobs?
The interview process was very chill. You and interviewer were basically having a casual conversation. There will be multiple rounds to the interview process, and this also includes an assessment.
