It was great. They made an effort to get to know you and your personality as much as your experience. There is an assignment process, but it helps you prepare for the work you’ll be doing during the residency.

Entretien
1 phone screen, 1 take home assessment, and 1 final round interview with 3 different people. Phone screen and take home assessment went well, final interview went well, I believe they are looking for someone more obedient and with less experience^^ wasted so much time

The interview process was over a month. First, I had an information session (which replaced the phone interview), 2nd was the Creator Assessment, 3rd I had 3 rounds of interviews (1 hr 30min), Lastly an interview with HR
