I got to the first phone interview with a team member. It was pretty technical in nature, like 5-8 back to back basic to intermediate questions. I'd say it is a very SpaceX type of approach for the interview. Overall decently respectful interviewer, though it felt like there were some questions in the grey area of talking about proprietary information.

1 phone screen with an hr person, 2 engineering phone screens with a manager and a peer, the onsite was a 45 minute case study and then 5 one on one interviews
Standard interview process, applied online and then a screening call with the Talent Acquisition people, if qualified they send you through to a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, and then if you are pushed through you will have an onsite interview.

Phone screen with HR, Phone screen with Manager, 1hr presentation and 1 on 1's after. Literally every single person I met with was late or rescheduled. HR apologized for rescheduling or "getting the flu" multiple times in 2 weeks.
