The phone interview was very brief. It consisted mostly of talking about availability, the subjects you tutor, and some subject questions. Then, you can move on to a video interview that lasts about an hour during which you answer more subject questions and demonstrate your teaching style. I liked it because they didn't ask you any useless questions that you often need to deal with at other job interviews, like "what is one of your failures," etc.

There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.
