Direct shortlisting was done for industrial engineering students based on their 10th marks, 12th marks and GPA from college. Second round was a HR plus Technical interview focused on industry and application level knowledge of the student and then a final HR round. There was no aptitude, psychrometric or online test for the interview process. Interview was the only form of selection.
