The overall interview process was very nice and thorough. I had an initial call with Recruiter who explained the next steps and we had a brief chat about my experience, motivation, and so on. Next step was technical+behavioural interview with two managers. The technical questions were interesting and the coding exercise was very nice and collaborative. After that, I had the final round with the hiring manager and another manager. It was both behavioural and technical , and also the role and team's work was explained to me. Along with a good discussion about my projects and expertise. The process took a long time but it was understandable as there were quite many candidates applying for this position.

There are a total of three rounds. First two are technical rounds and the last round is managerial. For some candidates the managerial round will also be online. For others it can be on site. Depends on the hiring manager. Round 1: Depending on your level of experience this round will mostly consist of fundamentals of the frameworks and the programming languages. Difficulty level is between easy to intermediate. Round 2: Intermediate level of questions with respect to the frameworks and programming languages. May also consist of DevOps and deployment related questions. Round 3: Managerial round. A few easy technical and mostly behavioral questions.

The interview process comprises three stages: an aptitude round, followed by a technical assessment, and culminating in a managerial round. Each step assesses different aspects of the candidate's suitability for the role
