But then they dragged next process to next 2-3 months. I asked for reason on chat, mail so they not replied, Then on third follow up they replied saying due to business reason we are not filling this position. But i am sure its Backup candidate strategy by HR Where they will keep dragging process untill earlier selected candidate joins their company.

This company has two or three rounds. The last round is management and the previous rounds are technical rounds. Once these rounds are over then we can proceed to the salary discussion. The company is prompt in these matters.
