Had a phone screen with the recruiter to go over basic qualifications and expectations then met with the hiring manager for the role who asked very specific questions around marketing.

How do you approach messaging and positioning? How do you approach research for positioning?
Standard for the most part. Recruiter call, hiring manager call, panel interview (analytics, values), then a case study/mini project presentation. Values interview is about how you would approach certain scenarios in the workplace.
The mini project was to choose a company type from a list then create a marketing strategy based on a few assumptions.

The interview process started with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then there were video interviews with the hiring manager and team members. After the video interviews, I was ghosted with no feedback or response to follow ups.
