Online application process. In person interviews. Can last up to 45 minutes. Goes through basic questions. Ice breaker is why do you want to work a vans. By far the most genuine connection you will have. It’s a conversation not an interview.
Lots of situational questions - both hypothetical and actual - to gauge how well you do in specific situations. Not intimidating. I had an interview with my area manager and then a short convo with regional manager.

Recruiter or the District manager. Possible peer store manager. Likely another district manager and then the regional manager. Took less than 2 weeks. Not a complicated process. Pretty standard for a store manager.
