J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vans (Northridge, CA) en mai 2015
Entretien
The interview process is very competitive, long, and over-rated for a shoe store. Only got the interview for walking into the store and handing in my resume the day right before the group interviews. Anyone who does that automatically gets a group interview, thus I had a group interview with 8 other applicants and there were 3 groups of us! I was called the next day to come back for a second interview and was 1 of the last 5 people out of 30 applicants, not including the rest of the people that apply online. Each interview lasted an hour and a half, and still haven't been called back.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The first interview is entirely personality-based, so answer truthfully but don't be too generic or too "unique." Questions included "What is your favorite donut?" or "If green was a flavor what would it be?" Out of the entire hour and a half interview, there was only 1 question that actually applied to the job and that was "In your past job experience, did you have a problem with management or a co-worker and if you did how did you work through it?"
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.
