Was online with HireVire, went fairly quickly and had good questions vans related . My first interview ever and I enjoyed it, wasn’t too intense. Some questions were not vans related but that gave you a chance to show off who YOU are.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
