I did an online interview. it felt weird because it feels like you’re talking to yourself. My advice is to use the questions on here and practice the questions will be the same (if ur getting interviewed online at least).

How would you deal with a customer that called in for a specific pair of shoes was told that they were in stock but arrived and was angry because we didn’t have them?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
