First you do an online pre-interview where you can practice questions. You then record/submit a video of yourself answering questions so they can look into your personality, then received a follow up call from vans. Fairly easy, great experience

It was super easy. At first you do an online interview, which has 8 questions that is recorded and sent in. after that, about 7 to 10 days after you receive a call (hopefully) and they ask you to come back for an in-person interview
