The first Interview was on the phone and pretty easy. They like asking you questions that you need to respond with the STAR method. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

The interview went great, and the interviewer was very helpful, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation, which made the experience feel comfortable, positive, and informative for me. I really enjoyed the feedback and the welcoming conversation we had.
