J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vanguard (Scottsdale, AZ) en févr. 2014
Entretien
Two-step interview process. First was a phone interview asking general financial questions (understanding of stocks, bonds, ETFs, etc.), after which the recruiter provided good feedback for the in-person interview. During the in-person interview, there was some role-playing to demonstrate customer service skills, a few STAR-type questions and a bit more digging into your financial knowledge, but nothing too in-depth.

Question 1
STAR questions, mostly. One in particular was, "Tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with your immediate supervisor? How was it resolved?" Financial questions were fairly general, along the lines of "Explain the difference between a mutual fund and an ETF."
In person interview involved a series of questions. It is best to be prepared at the interview like carry a notebook. It would be best to practice the interview and be prepared and friendly.

Overall it was a standard interview. First you have to do a phone call interview and if they like your answers you go to the company in person. Once you are there they give you quick tour, give you a case study, and lastly a behavioral interview.

Received an email within twenty four hours about a phone interview. I was able to choose from my top three choices of preferred times because their main office uses east coast time.
