My first interview was arranged at a diversity conference. It was a 30 minutes, 1:1 interview consisting of general behavioral interview questions. After the first interview I was invited to a college day event that was to take place one month later. The college day event was a group of about 10 MBA students from schools around the country. The day began with a presentation from executives and HR group outlining the day and expectations. There were 2 1:1 interviews and 1 role play. The role play was based on making management level personel decisions.
