The first step of the interview process was a phone call from a senior recruiter. We scheduled the call for 10 AM in the morning and I was waiting for her to call me, but she never did. She emailed me about two hours later saying she was in a meeting and wanted to reschedule for later that day around 3:45 PM. I was waiting again and she didn't call until an hour later. The phone interview was basic behavioral questions. After this, I was asked to go to the company building in Malvern, PA for an on-site interview with two technical managers. The first manager also asked me behavioral questions and was supposed to give a case study, but she didn't have it on hand. I waited for 30 minutes for the next manager to come in for the technical interview.
