Entretien
I interviewed as a soon to be college graduate. You will likely interview for their general entry level positions and then be selected for either this or Flag Ship (High Net Worth).
Vanguard came to campus for a career fair, you then may be selected for a phone interview. This is basic & behavioral, 45 min to an hour. Make sure to show enthusiasm and interest in the company.
You will then be invited for an on site interview. This is a half day process and either includes lunch or breakfast. There will be a presentation, during which you should show your knowledge about the company- Vanguard really emphasizes their values.
You will likely have a tour, panel question and answer, and two or three one on one interviews. These will be behavioral, followed by a "case study" or mock phone client interaction. Your interviewer will follow a script and you will have to reach and answer their questions.

Interview was good, Interviewer provided alot of information containing to the job description and the benefits. They provided STAR example questions to get a better understanding of who I was and what I can possibly offer to the environment

Entretien
The interview was a two step process, the phone screen was about 15 mins and they were mainly looking for clarity of your voice and if you are articulate. The virtual 1-on-1 interview was fairly easy, about 6 STAR-based questions regarding customer service, communication skills, and learning agility.
