Bad Experience. In the initial screening itself, they bargained for expecting salary. After initial screening, they conducted an L1 round of interview. Interview went well and even the panel is satisfied with my candidature. After checking with hr for couple of times, he confirmed that, I got cleared the first round of interview and scheduled a 2nd round i.e., L2 Interview. He has been followup with me almost till the time. And when I joined the interview, panel is not available and he wants to check with panel. And later he said, panel is not available and will reschedule interview. After multiple calls, regarding the rescheduled interview, HR responded saying, Client rejected my profile. This doesn't look good, as it is purely wasting my time and theirs. And also building hope in candidates who attend interview. If client needs to confirm, it should have been done while initial screening itself.
