J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ValueLabs (Pune) en août 2020
Entretien
All virtual rounds (video calls) due to pandemic.
3 rounds in total.
Round 1 Technical :
- You are asked about things you mentioned in CV, and to code a small example based on that.
- React component life cycle.
- Few JS basics
Round 2 Technical :
- Again things are asked based on things you put in CV.
- A small code challenge (to test fundamentals of JS)
- Few senario based questions to test your thought process.
Round 3 HR:
- Salary negotiations. (HR not so open to it, no matter how good you are)
Tell them your expectations even before 1st round, or else it is just waste of time.
They don't have budget open for right talent, if you don't fit in budget; offer will not be made.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez ValueLabs (Gurgaon, Haryana) en nov. 2020
Entretien
Totally a waste of time. They almost wasted 2 months on interviews.
I had good interviews but in the end, they hired someone who is less paid and who can join early.
The worst part of the interview process is, When they need me they used to call at every moment but When I need their replies they don't even bother me.
It's painful when everything went well and in the end, you got rejected just because of salary or notice period. If you need someone who can join early then why you are giving hopes to others.
