Interview process isn't that typical strong or hard. Covers only basic questions.
HRs are mostly in hurry to hire since they want to close the deal.
Managers are in hurry to hire since they have immediate requirement.
But at last the burden comes on the team or resource or lead who is going to get work from that resource.
