Title: Unprofessional Recruitment Process — Took Documents and Never Responded
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5)
Pros:
None experienced, as the process never moved beyond document submission.
Cons:
The recruiter collected all my documents (ID proof, payslips, etc.) and then completely stopped responding.
No offer letter was provided even after repeated follow-ups.
Calls and messages were ignored — very unprofessional behavior.
The company’s HR and recruitment team lack transparency and accountability.
The entire process feels misleading and raises concerns about data misuse.
Advice to Management:
Please ensure your recruitment process is transparent and respectful. If you decide not to move forward with a candidate, at least have the courtesy to inform them — ghosting after collecting personal documents is unethical and damages your brand reputation.
