Submitted resume, I was called that day and was asked to walk in the office for an application/interview. The interview went like this. First I was asked if I needed a job and if I was willing to work nights, long bike rides, confronting people, etc...the catch is, you pay for your guard card and class($99), take a mouth swab drug test(detects thc from up to 3 days). And boom you're hired.

Asked very few questions and was offered the job immediately. It seemed like they were in desperate need of new hires and were less concerned if I had the relevant experienced.
