Third, if you're shortlisted, you'll be invited over to their Assessment Day - which they will eliminate you halfway through if you don't meet the first two assessments. Candidates won't be given fair and equal chance to showcase what they are good at. Let's say if marketing and retail is not your forte, you'll most probably be eliminated by half of the day - therefore no chance of you to show your abilities in other aspects (finance, accounting or management). Was surprised that though you contribute hard and equally among your team-mates, they just cut you off mid-day. Conclusion, you won't be given equal and fair chance to be evaluated.
