Entretien
Started with a phone interview with a Director, where I was able to learn more about the company, and this particular role. Next was an in-person interview in Toronto with three Directors, where we continued the conversation. Was casual, and very much just an open conversation about the role and my experience. Next steps involved a case study, which I submitted and discussed on a conference call. On the call, I was given the opportunity to defend my responses/link them to the business, and received critical feedback.

The interview process started off with a phone interview. It was proceeded by a in person interview. The in person interview was extremely informal and the people involved in the interview seemed to not clearly state the duties of the job in their job posting. The job posting was misleading and not close to the actual duties expected from the candidate. Also, its mentioned on the website that the company has branches in Toronto and London. I am not sure it has kick started in Toronto yet. There was a case study after the in person interview for which no one even did not provide any feedback regarding the quality of answers. I was instructed to write my answers in "any way I like" so I was at least expecting a feedback.
