Ghosted after the first interview. No feedback or response despite multiple requests. I do not feel this is an acceptable or professional way to treat candidates. Interview was with the internal recruiter. The interview itself was positive and insightful. Positive feedback was received on the call, and was told I would receive details of next steps by the end of the week before being ghosted
