Basic HR screen on phone + technical screen again on phone. HR screen was very basic to gauge your communication skills. Technical phone screen was more of a 'do you know what validation is? what 21 CFR is?' type questions. Got offered a position but required to stay for a 2-3-4 week training plus client marketing round to actually get you a job. They offered free accommodation + free food and even offered to pay for your flight after getting a client offer. Red flag 1. I talked to HR again and sure enough, they sent me samples of resumes of fresh college graduates with 5 to 7 years of fake experience and credentials added in them. This was not even projects or coursework - this was straight up faked experience with multinational companies. They ask you to delete linkedin and facebook so your details are hidden. RED FLAG ALERT Candidates beware - This type of fraud can lead to criminal charges - and can also end up getting you deported. Stay away from fake consulting companies especially from unscrupulous Indian folks.
