J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Valero (Dallas, TX)
Entretien
It’s a very straightforward interview. Mine was with a fellow engineer. Time is about 30 minutes and they are all behavioral questions like “Tell me about yourself” and “Describe a time…”
45 Min interview. The interview involved a recruiter from the company asking situational-based questions and questions describing specific times when you were a leader or encountered a difficult situation. The overall experience was positive.

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Valero
Entretien
I talked to them while I was at the career fair even though I didn't have the initial intention to work for them. I hit it off with this one recruiter and she scheduled an interview. The interview was mostly behavioural questions with some probing into the more technical aspects. Not too extrenous, but preparation is required. I caught up with the recuriter later on at a social event Valero was putting on at the campus. I believe that extra initiative to show up to the social even after the interview eventually led to me being offered the internship.
