A recruiter called me and said they had an immediate need and told me the salary. I submitted my current resume to him. I was interviewed only by the recruiter. I was hired over the phone provided I passed background and drug screens, which I did. I was given a start date at which time I met my employer.

There wasn't any questions as all the information they needed was on my resume. Basically the only sticking points were salary and starting dates.
