Interview was arranged by a recruiter. All at the beginning of COVID so online google hangout call. The interview was positive. Although I never got any feedback. This may have been an issue with the recruiter (I asked multiple times with no response).
Bahaviroal style questions where I tell them about different projects I've lead, how do I manage multiple projects at the same time, why Vaimo, and then they asked me if I had general questions about the company and culture.
After that, there is a case interview for round 2, and I believe a culture fit interview
It was informal. Two men conducted the interview for approximately 30mins. After which they gave the impression that I basically landed the job and then I did no even get an offer. Very misleading.
