3-stage. Meeting with a PM as first stage, second stage with country manager and third stage with board member (CCO/COO/CEO/CFO).
The process was fairly informal, bar the interview with the country manager (whose butt is really on the line for this).

Question 1
What's your experience with dealing with a difficult customer?
Bahaviroal style questions where I tell them about different projects I've lead, how do I manage multiple projects at the same time, why Vaimo, and then they asked me if I had general questions about the company and culture.
After that, there is a case interview for round 2, and I believe a culture fit interview
It was informal. Two men conducted the interview for approximately 30mins. After which they gave the impression that I basically landed the job and then I did no even get an offer. Very misleading.
