J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Vail Resorts (New York, NY)
Entretien
I emailed a vail resorts recruiter my resume and cover letter. A few days later they emailed me back for a 30min phone screening interview. That consisted of basic job related questions. I was then told I was a good fit and that I would be moved onto the next step. I received an email from The supervisor asking to set up a 30min phone interview. Again the questions were related to the position however, they were far more in depth about how past experiences will play into the role. I was then told that I'd hear back in a few days about the next steps. A few days later I got a ln email from another supervisor asking to set up another phone interview. Like the one before it was a more in depth about my experiences. After all that I was told I'd hear back in a few days about the next steps. After about a week I got an email saying they would like to interview me in person at the resort. That interview consisted of a 1v1 interview with the third supervisor I had talk to. Those questions where more about what kind of person i am ....(behavioral stuff). The second portion was a panel interview 1v5. That was kind of intimidating but the people were really nice which made it easy. The last one was the second supervisor took me out to lunch where we talked more about the position and other stuff. The day up there was really fun and everybody was supper nice. After that long day I was told I'd hear back soon...... about a week later I got a call saying that I didnt get the job.....my best guess is that it was because i dont currently live up there. My best tip would be look at the cost of rent and such while you apply .... if you dont land employee housing you almost cant live up there with out dipping into your savings. Overall best interview experience I've ever had it....nothing but positive and fun!
