I was interviewed first over recording, and then second round with members of the Vaddo "leadership team" over ZOOM call. After a brief interview, I was told I would be called within two days on a decision to hire or pass on me.

Beware! No matter what job position you apply for, they all lead to the same: door to door salesperson. The interview process is lengthy and it stars but you recording yourself answering a series of questions. After that, if you're one of the "lucky" ones to get selected, you'll have a video call with one of their "managers". The interview is long, and they will tell you that there is a training period during which you will be selling in person- they do not mention that this in person basically means being a solicitor. I found this out while doing some extra research because the interviewer 's explanation about what the job entailed didn't add up and sounded a lot like an old mlm tupper party where if you sell well, you get brownie points and climb up the ladder. Since my interview was on a Saturday, I decided to be respectful of this person's rest day and wait to call them on Monday to let them know I wasn't interested.... Well, it seems that they don't even have rest days because he called me and left a message on Sunday afternoon! Bottom line: to each their one, and selling door to door is a dignified job as any, just call it like it is in the ads so nobody wastes their time.
