There's a phone call at the beginning. I was asked about virtual interview times. However the interviewer was late to the interview and moved the timing. The interviewer then said she would get back to me and never did even though I sent multiple emails. I was basically ignored and ghosted.

Tried emailing them back after my interview and never heard from them. Told me about a job offer and I was interested until they told me why the last person was fired.

What is you reason for transferring to a different job?
They are a staffing firm that is looking to help you match your skills with the appropriate position. They also help you find other opportunities. Interviewing with them is more of an open conversation to understand what you are looking for, and if you are gods fit for positions their clients are looking for. Highly recommend checking them out.
