I had just one phone screen since I applied for a remote position. The interview was straightforward with a few behavioral questions. I honestly had no prior experience related to the position, but the interview was not terribly difficult, and I got an offer later that same day.

The positions are remote but they initially contact you for addresses to get an idea of where their employees may be located. They then email you back and invite you for an interview. Interview is very conversational and focuses on interests, experiences, and skills such as ability to prioritize. The interviewers are very friendly and easy to talk to.
