Casual and very laid back. Was called by account team leader to set up an interview and talk. During the interview met with potential team and upper management, then was treated to lunch with a group of coworkers. It took a few hours, but everyone was really welcoming. The scariest part was meeting with the CEO. I was not expecting it but I after I started it made sense because it's a small company so I see him every day.

It was about a 3 hour interview process. In that time it allowed me to sit down with multiple employees and get a clear understanding of how the company is ran. Each employee I met with had a different position within the company therefore, I was able to see how all of the parts of the machine came together.
