There were 2 1:1 interviews and 1 interview with 2 people. They were very pleasant and explained the job thoroughly. They even scheduled some time for me to speak with someone who already does that job in a different location so I could get a very realistic picture of what the job entails.

Applied on Monster job board and received a call back the next day. Had initial interview a few days later. I was email a confirmation the same day with the interview location and the persons I would be meeting with. The atmosphere was very welcoming and staff were very accommodating. The interview was formal and lasted about 45 minutes.
