Be prepared for a very long hiring process. It takes about a month from first contact to your desk. Be prepared know at least the basics of trouble shooting/problem solving. Don't worry to much on technical knowledge as most software you will encounter is In-house. The help desk is very team oriented and the employees are friendly and will help you out.
