Entretien
I applied to the position and was in contact with the recruiter who was very responsive on the first day. Sent me an email to schedule the first round of interviews and then disappeared. Ignored me on email and on LinkedIn. It was a really disappointing experience as it is very easy to just send a quick message updating if the role has been closed or of anything has changed. It was a very poor experience from a company that seemed good to work for.

I'm sorry to say that my experience with this company's interview process was quite disappointing. While the internal recruiter did reach out to me initially, they failed to provide any information about the role or the company itself before moving forward with a first-stage video interview. This lack of screening and explanation left me feeling uncertain about the expectations of the position. Additionally, after completing the interview, I received a standard rejection email that provided no personalized feedback or explanation as to why I was not selected. This lack of communication left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. Overall, I would not recommend this company's interview process to others. I believe that clear communication and personalized feedback are essential components of a successful hiring process, and unfortunately, this company fell short in both regards.
