The process began with a recruiter screen to discuss my background and the role. Next was a technical assessment involving a coding challenge and a system design discussion. This was followed by several team interviews focusing on collaboration and problem-solving. The final step was a leadership round about vision and culture, ending with a decision and offer.

Small talks, no techniques questions. Talked about 15mins and leave. Ask me for second interview a week later, but I rejected. I think the invite 2nd interview is a waste of my time. The interview progess should able to done in the first round.
