I attended a number of interviews and spent many days preparing and interviewing multiple times with various staff members to the point I was expecting a written offer. I followed up with phone messages and emails to the hiring people where no correspondence whatsoever was subsequently received. I think it is important to call out companies that run an interview process like this that do not even have the decency of common courtesy to let you know that you have not been successful for the role (when you have attended a number of interviews) little alone failed to provide reasons why you were not successful. To this day not one email or phone call. You might want to think twice before interviewing here as if you get a job here and the Company is any reflection of the interview process, there is no common consideration thus plenty of better Companies out there. If you are not successful then expect to be totally ignored by the Company without feedback despite the fact you invested many days in the process as this is how they roll.
